I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation. Simply click the button below to book a time with me.

Individual therapy sessions - 50 minutes - $150

Couples therapy sessions - 50 minutes - $180

*I always try to make mental health services accessible to everyone so for this reason I offer a sliding scale to a percentage of my clients.

Cancellation policy

I accept payment in cash, cheque or eTransfer - if paying by eTransfer please send it 24 hours before session.

I have 24 hour cancellation policy. Unless there is an emergency, the full session will be charged for missed sessions.
